We here at goldanddiamondengagementrings.com
have excellent consumer satisfaction (and we have worked very, very
hard to earn that), we also realise that everything does not always go
according to plan. When that happens, we have the following Shipping and
Returns policy. So please carefully review all of our Shipping and Returns Policy before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our friendly and helpful customer service department.
In our Shipping and Returns Policy the process for Returns are:
- Prior Authorization is required for all Returns.
- All Shipping costs for merchandise authorized to be returned is at the customer's expense.
- All
Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which
is good for 14 days. Any products returned after the expiration date
will be refused.
- No Returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
- Customer is responsible for 20% restocking fee.
- All
Returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again
as a new order with a new order number and will include Shipping and
handling charges.

Our Shipping and Returns Policy for Returns of Defective products
All defective
products must be in original factory carton with all original packing
materials and all miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories
and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your
account will be billed accordingly.
Our Shipping and Returns Policy for Partial Returns.
No partial Returns will be accepted.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS.
All
orders Shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including
but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 20%
per unit will be billed to your account.
If you make a purchase and decide that you no longer want the items before they have been sent out,
there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees
and if the stock has been sent to you please enjoy your purchase.
We do not
reimburse for Return Shipping, no matter the reason (miss-shipment,
defective, etc.). No call tags/return labels will be issued. The end
buyer/member will be responsible for shipping back to the supplier.
Some
of our products are offered with free Shipping, so please be aware that
if you return one of these products our actual outbound Shipping costs
will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items
carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should
you wish to make a return. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard Returns
Policy, where roundtrip Shipping costs will be deducted from your
refund.
Damaged Shipments
In
accordance with our Shipping and Returns policy, in the rare case your
order, in whole or in part, is damaged by a carrier, the claim must be
filed with the carrier. We will replace defective merchandise, but
cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
If
cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight
bill. Sign the delivery docket or refuse receipt or note the problem on
the docket and get the driver to sign.
If
you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the
packing, take photos and call the freight carrier to return and inspect
the damage and file a claim.
